hi i’ve sat on the phone for 45 minutes on hold. My data tariff won’t start untill the 8th of december and i would like to move it to start now. I need to have working data for work tomorrow and no one from O2 is helping.

Unbilled amount

I paid 24.16 for my bill, but it said I have a unbilled amount of 65p. I paid the 65p however it keeps repeating and I have to keep paying 65p even though I’ve already paid.

extra charge

extra charge for use over plan. What is this? I have unlimited data, unlimited talk and unlimited texts.
