Texting to 64100 does not seem to be available on O2 anymore. Anyone know why?

Have you got a Samsung, by any chance, @Martin503?

On the Galaxy S6 Edge, go to Settings > Apps > then the 3 little dots in the top right corner > Special access > Use premium SMS services > Always allow.
