I had a phone call purpoting to be from 02/Virgin saying they wanted to upgrade my sim card . WE went through a load of security checks (I gave no information that is not in the public arena. They kept texting 6 digit security numbers at each stage to make it seem more real and secure. However they wanted a £1 security which was to be refunded...realised then it was a scam and ended the call.
