I can't text family in the Republic of Ireland from Scotland on my iphone se. I have £10 credit on my phone but the text still won't send with wifi or not. I am a O2 pay as you go customer. Any ideas?

Can you use iMessage over WiFi as this just uses data?
Also make sure you are using the correct number format.
00353 and drop the first zero of their number.
Another thought, is the credit showing as credit or did it buy a bundle?
You will need actual credit to send international sms messages, but iMessage and Whatsapp messages will be free over a data connection.
