Hi! I purchased a new phone but cant get my sim card out (stuck inside ).. Can I buy a new O2 sim (pay as you go)and transfer my own number, cause i want to keep my existing number.. Cheers!

Then do a sim swap when it arrives Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

or pop into your local store for a new sim for free.

If you pop into store for a new SIM card you will need a driving licence or passport with you or they cannot do the exchange
