Hi. I bought like new pay&go mobile in April. Returned few days later. Never used. O2 received on 4 May my return-confirmed with o2. Still waiting for my refund. Calling every friday. Waiting about 40 min for someone to answer the phone. Every Friday CS tells me they will refund 5 working days and keep an eye on the progress. Still no luck . Could you please help me to contact right people? I have paid 379gbp on 21 April still no money refunded. I can provide order number. Honestly this matter makes me depressed now. Thanks

If no luck from o2, contact your bank or credit card provider, and ask them to do a charge back they should give you the money back quicker im afraid than o2. 

 

 

Make sure you have evidence of the return confirmation from o2 as your bank will need this.

I have paid with visa debit via paypal. I am not covered by chargeback protection. I was told by Loyds bank cs. Paypal declined to deal with this issue.

Ahh, im afraid Paypal is the only caveat, but PayPal should help, although expect a fight from them..
