Often it does not show on your data usage but will be used first before your normal tariff data.

If you're sure you haven't received it, you'll need to call O2 on 4445.

Are you on a Big Bundle @aishar_01 ? 

 

My Big Bundle renewed last Tuesday. I received a text a few days' beforehand offering me some "free" additional data and on renewal day I received this confirmation :-

Texting BALANCE to 20202 a few moments ago got this response :-

If you text BALANCE to 20202, do you get a note of your "offer allowance" ?
