hello i hope someone can shed some light on my situation i ordered a samsung galaxy watch 7 4g 44mm 2 weeks ago along with a data rolling plan of 1gb per month with the understanding of getting volt to double the data to 2gb as promoted in the promo section saying "Volt boosts: got virgin media broadband at home? get a data boost from 1gb to 2gb, on us!" its been 2 weeks now and still no volt benefit has been added to that number i have 2 mobile contracts on my account aswell and they have the double data volt benefit already. when speaking to o2 customer services they are saying that the watch plan linked with a mobile number with a data plan is not allowed for double data but even when i go onto the o2 website as if to buy a new watch with a data plan it says get double data on us with volt. who is in the wrong? am i or customer services i have spoke to numerous advisors and the seem to believe i dont get it is it false advertisement or just ill advised customer services if any one can help would be much appreciated!👍

7. “Eligible O2 Tariffs” means any consumer O2 Pay Monthly subscription excluding an O2 Essential Plan Pay Monthly subscription, Smart Watches and Sharer tariffs purchased directly (from O2 stores (including franchise stores), online at o2.co.uk, or through our O2 telesales) or indirectly.

It's a standard web template that is applied to all order pages.
