If i gave my PAC to o2 at 4.30pm on Friday and decided at 4.45pm on Friday that my current network provider and tariff were overall better, can i stop the transfer before it completes?

FYI

At the bottom of the form for transferring your number to o2, it says..

Changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind about transferring your number, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.

Give us a call

If you'd like to chat, give us a call on 202, free from your O2 phone, or 0344 809 0202 from a non-O2 phone.

@Mark60

You should be able to stop it as nothing happens over the wweekend.

However

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

Well, i phoned o2 and they had no idea how do cancel it, they even offered to submit a phone which would take 48 hours to process which is longer than the time it takes to move the number, they also suggested i visit my local o2 store on a Monday, the same day the number is due to port, so no, i merely stated what the website says even though o2 has no actual confirmed process to cancel a port after submitted the code.
