I'm struggling with signal on my phone, so I thought it was my phone because it was a cheap one I bought a while ago. So I've been an bought a new phone and I'm still having the same issue. So I'm guessing the Sims faulty. Is it possible to send one out with the same number.

Thanks

@Ward181

Check guide here first Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

If you do need a new sim, Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID or call customer services.
Call 202 from any O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:

Hi, I am in the LE16 area, my signal has been poor since the beginning of October. O2 have informed me on a number of occasions that there was a fault and that it has been fixed, but still no change....I have been with O2 for a few years with no issues up until now, fortunately my contract runs out end December so I'm off!

@Catkins24 Get Pay & Go sims from the other networks to compare signal strength before you decide to switch. If you find one better, that's the time to go: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community

@Bambino Thanks, , I was thinking of trying out some of the no contract suppliers. I have asked around friends and family and they are happy with some of these.

At the moment I cant imagine that I could get a worse signal elsewhere
