It’s been six day since I lost signal on my old sim but number hasn’t been ported over tried to contact O2 via watsapp, Twitter, instagram but no postive reply.
My friends and family can’t get through to me except watsapp. No one in O2 seems to know what’s going on, very bad customer service. Some of the advisors gave me impression that if I switch to pay monthly plan they will port my number straight away.

01525523), let’s see. I had enough of O2 no sooner my old number transferred I will ask for PAC and switch to a different provider.

There is an issue currently with the company that provides number ports to all networks.
It is widely known and being worked on.

I am so sorry about this @Arshad72, I can assure you this issue is being worked at the highest priority. It is something we are aware of and as soon as I have any updates I will post on here.
