The original pac number has not worked.  We've have tried for 2 weeks to transfer my O2 number to Tesco mobile.  I need a new pac number please.

The PAC is valid 30 days during which a new PAC cannot. be raised

If over 30 days Text PAC to 65075 or

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
