Put a £20 rolling plan on but it was pending till next week so I called up 4445 to try get it activated, was put on hold for 30 minutes. Finally got hold of someone. Explained the situation then was put on hold for another 20 mins. The line disconnected waited an hour and checked my O2, the women on the call deleted my tariff. So I called up again and explained the situation. They said they activated my tariff, yet I still have nothing. What do I do?
