Hi,

Can I just ask if 0800 numbers are still free on Classic PAYG?

I never normally make phone calls but no choice today, it was an 0800 number though so I expected it to be free.

Midway through the call I got a balance notification come through. I use the phone so rarely I have no idea what the balance was before making the call.

Does the balance notification come through for free calls or is it suggesting I've been charged for this call?

Hi @Titanium 

0800 calls are completely free on any tariff so you weren't charged for the call.

You will still get balance notifications though.
