Hi,
I bought a new o2 sim on 08.06.2023 and made a request to keep my old number (from lyca mobile) on the same day.
On 09.06.2023 both the sims stopped working.
On 10.06.2023, the o2 sim got service but the port in had not happened.
Been following up with customer service then and been told the number will be ported in next 24 hours to no respite.
Missed several important calls until now.
Will highly appreciate if anyone can advise on how best to go about this
