My new pay as you go contract comes with a 6 month free Netflix subscription. I’m going to add this to my existing Netflix account but after the 6 months is up, the Netflix will be added to my phone bill which I don’t want.. how do I cancel it? Will I just need to fully cancel my Netflix account or is there a way of doing it through o2? Thanks.

Hi There 
I had subscribed to Netflix for one month then cancelled it through the Netflix app (in my account) but Im still getting charged for the monthly subscription on my bill. Ive tried to get into the Netflix app with the email address I registered with and Netflix is telling me that they are unable to find it

Please help as Im paying 10.99 a month for a service that Im not receiving

Go back to Netflix and ensure you are trying the correct login details
