My Netflix has always been paid via my O2 bill, for the last 6 years. However, my Netflix account has now been paused as they have no payment on file, even though my bill has gone out as normal and O2 have informed me that the payment to Netflix has been sent. I have spoke to O2 twice and Netflix twice - O2 keep telling me to wait and Netflix state that O2 stopped the Netflix account earlier in October and have no payment. I feel like I’m being thrown between two big companies, trying to resolve this and getting no where. Even someone at Netflix said ‘I don’t know where your money is’ - not reassuring!!

It will be Netflix, the same issue occurs at times on other networks as well and the only ones who can fix it are Netflix sorry to say

There's no other answer but perseverence with O2. You chose to be billed via O2 for Netflix and surely that must be reflected on your phone bill?

This is what I want to do, however neither are accepting what the other is saying therefore I’ve paid for a product I’m not getting. I want this removed from my O2 but it is under things that are bought not an add on

I am in the same boat, O2 claim Netflix took the payment, Netflix say the payment was declined, someone has the money and I have a paused Netflix account.
Not hopeful of getting it back at this point and will just have to pay again via new payment method
