Missing order and can't get hold of anyone!

I placed an order before midnight on 7th April for next day delivery as advertised on the website.
The order was supposed to arrive by 10PM on the 8th April but did not.
I have been unable to contact anyone on the phone, or online, and the help pages don't offer any help either. Also, the tracking details provided don't work. In addition, I have been charged TWICE for the order that hasn't even turned up!
Anyone know how I can get help??

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I appreciate that but they have charged me twice, and the tracking details supplied don’t work... so how can I get someone to help with that?!

I tried 5 times yesterday but just kept going round in an automated loop and being told no-one is available to help. When I finally got through to a human and explained, she said she couldn’t help and dumped me back into the automated phone system. If I knew who the courier was for POST8900846 at least I’d be able to try and find my order
