Can anyone advise how I go about cancelling a SIM only upgrade within the cooling off period? Thanks

Yes dire circumstances. You could try at 8am when they open or

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy

Hi I just ordered a new phone that was in stock and I have now received a message saying it isn't in stock. How can I contact o2 to cancel the contract ? I have tryed to call them but cant I have tryed to talk to a guru but cant. Shops are shut . Does anyone know how to contact. Thanks

You can't cancel.

Hi @MI5 I received my phone today. I cant find away to contact o2. Does anyone know an address I can send phone back to or what I would have to do to get phone sent back

Sorry just seen this. No there was no return lable. I have sent the phone back but no one has called. And they sent me the bill so I'm not sure what's happening. U cant contact anyone.
