My son paid for £20 credit at sainsburys and it has not been applied to my PAYG number. I spoke to sainsburys who advised me to contact o2. I have tried through many menu options to call you, only to be told you are not taking that type of query(?) I have tried to email O2, the link doesn't seem to work, maybe its because I havent spoken to anyone ,which I can't.
I accept that the business world is a strange place with other great priotites but just wondered if anyone can suggest how I can get my £20 credited to my phone ot refunded
