Hi, I have recently ordered and received new sims for my family. At the end of last week I recieved my new O2 SIM in the post and attempted to redeem the free credit offer. I topped up my account with £10 and text FREE10 to 21500 to receive my bonus extra £10 credit.
I recieved the automated reply "It looks like this offer isn't for you." Despite the offer being on the page I signed up for the sim etc.
Can anyone help direct me as to who I should contact in regards to this, as the live chat on the app is currently unavailable. Thanks.
