@Mark60 Then get a PAC code if you want to keep your number or a STAC code if you don't  and give to your new supplier. Both as per the guide.

Alternatively stop topping up and let it expire from none use after 6 months

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
