can someone please help me this is a joke, I’ve lost my SIM card and I’m on the £10 a month rolling plan which I’m still paying for and I can’t contact o2 to order a new sim as I don’t have a SIM card… also I live on my own so can’t use anybodys phone either. I’ve tried to use the online chat but keeps saying to use it on the o2 app and I can’t find it anywhere on the app, when I do find it, it’s saying to use it on the app which I’m doing?! I’m getting really frustrated as it should just be so simple to order a new SIM card I’ve been trying to do this for two days now

You can only get a SIM via phone or by calling into store with photo ID.
This is to prevent fraud

If you've lost your sim you should be reporting it to O2
