Details of Deduction

Hello,

 

I would like to know how am I able to check for details of deductions from my balance? Apart from the monthly amount deduction, I seem to incur other deductions which leaves my balance with cents balance, like £10.43....

Having posted all of the above, I notice you have posted in the PAYG section which means checking everything out via MY O2 will be irrelevant in your case, though you could still be victim of a scam. 

 

Your best bet is to give customer services a call on 4445 and ask them.
