Details of Deduction

Hello,

I would like to know how am I able to check for details of deductions from my balance? Apart from the monthly amount deduction, I seem to incur other deductions which leaves my balance with cents balance, like £10.43....

Having posted all of the above, I notice you have posted in the PAYG section which means checking everything out via MY O2 will be irrelevant in your case, though you could still be victim of a scam. 

Your best bet is to give customer services a call on 4445 and ask them.

Good morning @JerryN , did you get a chance to check in with Customer Services around those charges, as suggested above? It'd be great if you could let us know what you find out, and whether you need some additional help
