Changing address on a PAYG account

Hi,

I was trying to help my elderly mum to switch from O2 PAYG to pay monthly via a deal on this page https://www.o2.co.uk/upgrade/move-to-pay-monthly.

I was able to get all the way to the checkout but noticed the address is slightly wrong. It is displayed as House Number, Town, Street, City, Postcode instead of House Number, Street, Town, City, Postcode.

I've tried to change it online but it seems impossibly. I've seen some posts saying call O2 and some saying its impossible to do it. So I was wondering which it was? Is it possible? If not, do I need to sign her up with a new account to get this offer and will I still be able to keep her current O2 number?

Thanks

Graham

Yes she will, no problem at all.

It's just a number migration Guide: Migration & porting into O2
