Hi,

I was instructed by email to log into my account in order to give my bank account details so that I could be refunded an amount after leaving O2.

I've logged in but there's no means whereby I can provide this information.  No means of emailing or messaging O2 other than by a costly and time-consuming postal address.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
