I used up all my monthly data and because I had my data still on I had to pay £2 for the standard rates which is fine so I turned off my data and carried on with my day. I had about £11 left in my balance so I thought great I can top up with £20 tomorrow and have enough for 2 months instead of 1 but then today I've been charged another £2 and I've been using my WiFi the whole time. My data wasn't on so now I have 1 month instead of 2, and it's hard for me cause I'm struggling for money. I have no job and I don't have another £10 spare to use for top up. The minimum top up is £10 and I'm £1 off from 2 months. Please help with this problem

If so, I'd recommend that you call 4445 (Customer Service) on your PAYG SIM, and chat to them as we help the community, but do not have access to customers accounts.

@Cameron04
Check you dont have a feature called WiFi assist on, which will use mobile data when it detects a drop in WiFi.
Also check for apps that will use Mobile Data and override the Phone settings.
