Pizza express voucher

I won the blue Monday pizza express voucher and went to my local pizza express Friday night and the worker who served me said that the code was invalid as it was not a qr it just showed my unique claim reference. It was really disappointing as we then had to pay the entirety of the bill instead of £20 discounted. Has anyone else had this issue? Really upset!

However just to add, it's taking 48 hrs for the code to come through.

I'll tag our manager @Dave-O2 as you say you won it on Monday and tried to use it on Friday (which is longer than 48hrs)
