Big Bundle has not activated

My big bundle has not been added after topping up twice, my balance has also drained and I’m unsure why this has happened as I have not used mobile data or made any calls or texts. I would appreciate assistance.

I was on the phone and it cut out and then on 1st April I topped up £10, and then the £10 disappeared, but it didn’t say that I had the big bundle so I topped up again on 2nd April another £10 as I needed calls, then £10 disappeared from the balance again. I’ve been trying to contact O2 however there’s no one in the call centre to help me.
