Hello I’m looking for some advice. My mum has got Covid-19 and she’s high risk and I need to top up my phone in order to check up on her via call and text. I only have £5 in my bank account to put on my credit but it’s £10 minimum top up? What can I do?

£10 is the minimum top up I'm afraid.

Ask a friend if you can borrow a fiver and buy a voucher to top up.
