I stopped receiving texts in Europe - Pay & Go Tariff

Hello,

 

I stopped all of a sudden receiving text messages while in Europe. I'm on Pay & Go Tariff, I have Monthly Bolt International Travel - no changes were made from my end, but all of a sudden I can't get anymore messages. I've tried to contact O2 Customer Service, but they referred me to O2 Community slight_smile Help!!!

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - Remove and replace your sim card.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
