Can you try the sim card in another phone at all, as that will rule out if its the sim or the phone.. as if the sim works in another phone then its the phone at fault and if the sim fails its the sim.

For a replacement sim card you have 2 options one is to call customer services and get one posted out, or pop into your local O2 store, with photo ID, and they can sort you out there and then.

If it is your phone, and its still in warranty then you need to contact the phone manufacturers.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

We are all customers here so suggest you message O2

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

Also check

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
