When I log in into my O2 app it asks for the PIN. I enter it and I log in into my account without any problem. But sometimes instead of the PIN it asks for my email address, and when I do that a message comes up saying that “Your passkey wasn't verified.” Then I click on “Sign in another way”. I receive a link to verify my email address. I click on the link to verify the email address and then I return to My O2 app. I enter the PIN and log into the account. Since my email address has been verified and I have already setup a PIN why it asks me again and again to verify my email address?
