Solved: Re: where's my delivery

Ordered a pair of airpods friday 1st june. got told it should be delivered within 3 working days by Royal Mail. 2 days letter i receive a text from UKmail saying it should be delivered on the monday. On the monday, no sign of them. I click the tracking link it says 'delayed'. So i rearranged it for the tuesday. On the tuesday it still says delayed. I have contacted both O2 and UK mail. Both telling me to contact the other person, or another line. It has now been over a week. Anyone know if theres a way to get them soon as so far they are apparently still in a depot on the other side of the country?

It is O2's respomsibility to ensure you get these so get back onto customer services and don't be fobbed off with excuses.

You should not have to be chasing the courier - it is for O2 to do.

Make sure you call though and not use live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Keep pestering o2.
Only they know if/when it gets despatched.
My guess would be out of stock - unlike some other on-line retailers, o2 do not have a live stock system...
