Solved: No order confirmation

I ordered some apple airpods yesterday but have had no order confirmation and the money has been taken from my bank account.

When will my order arrive?

Someone else had an issue with an airpods order last week. I believe those in that thread were supplied by Brightstar but were out of stock.
