Can anyone explain in simple terms how you upgrade via Refresh online? Reading the Ts & Cs it sounds as though I would have to send my phone for it to be checked over before being approved- are you therefore without a phone for however many days this takes plus then however long the delivery takes? Going into store isn't an option for me atm. Thanks!

@Zoeieuk

If you mean switch up you send phone off after you receive the new one.

And prepare yourself for issues getting the phone taken off your bill!

Without doubt.

In store is by far the safest way if at all possible.

Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!
