I am currently out of the country until end of March and my car insurance expires on the 20th February 2019, I will not be renewing and also need a email copy of my NCD proof for my new insurer. It is not possible to phone from where I am as it is very expensive. How do I achieve this?

You can also call O2 for free from any phone on +44 800 032 1402

Cancelling your policy 
If you want to cancel your policy, call us on 0330 018 0802. Our contact details are on the reverse of your Certificate of Motor Insurance.
