Tracking my replacement phone

I had my phone stolen and my insurance are sending my new one. How do i track it?


I have blocked my number how do i find my saved backed up information online.?

You will get an email when the new phone is dispatched. you can track it then

@Ann-Margaret Your insurance company should provide that information.

Did you report the phone as stolen to O2? If so they will send you a new sim, but you will then need to call and get the number unblocked once you receive your new phone from your insurance.

Providing you had set your phone to backup to Google's servers, all your contacts will sync to the new phone when you login with your Google account on the new phone. Your photos and videos can be found in the Google photos app and all you will be given the option to reinstall your apps when you first setup the new phone.
