I was promised a replacement phone on December 4th as an insurance agreement. I have has 3 messages saying that there is an incident at the warehouse. I have no access to banking, or anything personal I really need this phone. Can anyone help?

If was the newly introduced stock system falling over last time.
Not sure yet of the latest excuse
