Live chat is not working again. I've just come off from having a live chat with an o2 agent. I was told that the "server" is not responding and I had to close the chat window and log in again. It's now showing that the live chat function is 'busy'.

Please help, thanks!

Update: The function is now offline.

On PC using Firefox it appears to be working for me ? The main box isn't showing 'busy' either

Strange, using Chrome on mobile it doesn't connect at all. Switched to Firefox and it connects straight away. Maybe it's a cache and cookie thing...
