Why is the 02 track and repair tracker never working? why when visiting store and telephoning on line do you get two different answer? why do i keep having to pay monthly when i dont have a phone because its being repaired?
I phoned 02 and chap told me to dial1760 to deactivate this didn't work. I saw a suggestion to try ##202# this didn't work either but my phone now won't ring and goes straight to voicemail! HELP!
