Why is the 02 track and repair tracker never working? why when visiting store and telephoning on line do you get two different answer? why do i keep having to pay monthly when i dont have a phone because its being repaired?
I phoned 02 and chap told me to dial1760 to deactivate this didn't work. I saw a suggestion to try ##202# this didn't work either but my phone now won't ring and goes straight to voicemail! HELP!

Got a few jbl flip 4 speaker with my s8+. The speaker won't charge and I don't know who to contact about getting a repair or replacement. Whenever I've tried to contact O2 or JBL I'm just given the run around. I've even tried Samsung but to no avail.
