I've been trying to download/ print some old bills. However every time I click on the "View and print older bills" link I get an error page reporting the following

I have tried this in IE and chrome (all are up to date) and I am logged in. Please help!

If still having problems try another browser ..or clear cookies and cache...
Edited to add...Edge doesn't appear to be compatible with the download bill section. I use Firefox on PC...
