can anyone help..
i lost my phone in london whist travelling to bali.
Im now in bali with no phone and its impossible to contact O2...
what should/can i do?

@mini You must report it as lost asap. Please see this guide: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988 It is not impossible to contact O2. You can call customer service for free from any phone, anywhere on +44800 032 1402. The service for reporting lost or stolen phones is available 24 hours. Stay on the line to the end of the recorded announcements and options.

As you have posted on here you obviously have access to a PC or another phone.
So in addition to the above info given by @Bambino you can also report a lost and stolen phone through live chat, and they will take the appropriate action. Guide: How to find help & contact O2
