I was sent a leaflet with my new phone saying I'm eligible to claim a free wireless charger.
However, when I visit the link Samsung.com/uk/02wirelesscharger - the page isn't found.
I then contacted 02 webchat and they gave me a number to call - 01425284000 - I called it but the personm who answered said it was the wrong number.
Cutting to the chase then....
Has anyone actually managed to claim the charger AFTER trying the broken URL link? If so - how did you do it?

Quick update and answer. I spoke to 02 and you have to wait until 14 days AFTER you purchase or upgrade your phone before you can claim. No idea why but there you go. If you look at the actual advert it doesa say this but its written in such a way that it's about as clear as mud :D. Enjoy your new phone mate and hope you get the charger soon too.

The 14 days is in case you have a change of mind and return the phone and as the promotion is not handled by O2 customers may, shall we say, be tempted not to to return the wireless charger.....
Hi all I had the same problem very frustrating. then I contacted
they will help ypu if the link below is too complicated( which it is).
try this link which I have been given by o2 to make the claim.
I also could not upload the file they required with proof of purchase because I only had an email so I sent it blank and it went thorugh and the claim was accepted. You will receive a claim ID number keep it safe.
You will need the phone ID number as well can be found in the phone key board press "star #06# the number will appear. Hope I can help. spent my day doing this!!!
