Unable to get through to your customer services

I have been trying to get through to your customer services several times to today some times be left on hold for over 90 mins Have even visited one of your shops which were also struggling to get through to you. 

 

i have been unemployed for two months have not be able to pay my bill £90 and have been sent a text message threatening  my contract to be cancelled and to lose my number ********** which i have had for more then 8 years I started a new job and want to pay my bill in full on Thursday 25th when i get my first salary. Please would some body return call and allow me to do this

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
