I'm currently in Greece but am being charged as though I am in Turkey. What can I do to prevent this?

Common problem. Your phone connects to the strongest signal which in some places is Turkish

Go into network search, turn off automatic and select a Greek network

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Check your network and change it to a Greek one. Avoid Turkey at all costs @PennyH
