Samsung a5 2017 no sim card

Any advice appreciated.

My Samsung A5,now shoes no sim fitted,done the normal,restating,removed and replaced the sim but problem remains.
Any help appreciated

Pop into your nearest O2 shop for a free replacement sim first and see if that fixes it, or call customer services if no store nearby http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@Mick50 Should a replacement sim not help, contact Samsung directly. Do not use O2 Repair.

Can I make a suggestion, if it turns out to be a phone problem, don't let them send it for repair. Deal directly with Samsung whether they tell you they use the same people as Samsung or not.
