If your query was linked to your Community username, I'm afraid "Diane" is already used on another account. We also don't normally change usernames on the Community, but if you'd like to discuss this further please send me a Private Message so we can chat about it slight smile


However, if you meant that you wanted your name changed on your main O2 account, then please follow @MI5 's advice!
