Hello, I placed an order for the Iphone XS Max on Tuesday night, It said it was in stock and could be delievered next day. However I have had all the documents come through and the money taken out of my bank but no order confimation yet. Last time I asked an O2 college they told me my credit check was still in progress. My old phone has now broken completely and i cannot get hold of anyone from O2. Anyone know why they are taken so long?

It may be out of stock. (O2 don't have a live ordering system.
When its dispatched you will get an email and you will be able to track it then
